Women like you ask these questions

You are thoughtful about where you spend your time and energy. You should be. Here are some of the most common questions women ask before they join The Fun Reset.

Will I have time for this? I’m already too busy.

That is exactly why The Fun Reset exists. If you are already stretched thin, adding more can feel impossible. The goal is not to add more. It is to introduce the right kinds of experiences that restore your energy and help you reconnect with what matters. You will not be asked to overhaul your life. You will learn how to move through it differently.

Is this about having fun every day? That seems unrealistic.

The Fun Reset is not about chasing daily fun. It is about building a life where fun and fulfillment happen often enough to give you energy, perspective and fuller presence. Fun belongs on your agenda. Through The Fun Reset, you will find the rhythm that supports your life and your ambitions.

Will this feel like a lightweight lifestyle program?

No. The Fun Reset addresses a deeper question. Instead of focusing only on the work to be done, The Fun Reset encourages you to make choices that align with who you are and who you want to become. You will be building a life your eighty-year-old self can look back on with pride and satisfaction. The methods you will learn are grounded in behavior change, positive psychology, experiential learning and values alignment. This is structured, purposeful work oriented around creating lasting change, not surface-level fixes.

How was this process created? Is it based on a proven framework?

The Fun Reset is built to address the stress epidemic by addressing a gap in the lives of ambitious women. It is informed by personal experience but draws from well-researched frameworks, applies proven decision toolkits and approaches to creating sustained behavior change. This is a structured approach designed to restore your vitality and help you create a life that reflects what matters to you.

How is this different from general life coaching?

The Fun Reset is designed as an intervention for women who have found themselves thrown off course by overproductivity and stress. Using fun as the goal, the program helps you remove the obstacles getting in the way of enjoying your life. By replacing autopilot patterns with deliberate choices, The Fun Reset changes how you think about your time and what your life should include, bringing curiosity, connection and vitality back into focus.

Why is the program four months long?

This is about sustaining new behaviors over time and through different periods of the year. With four months, we strike the balance between making this an achievable goal and bridging the effect of two seasons on the decisions you make about having fun. When your mom suddenly gets sick or work heats up and is more depleting than normal, you need to know you can come back to a new baseline that keeps fun on the agenda.

This is pre-burnout work, designed to help you shift before things fall apart.

If something about this feels like it’s for you, it probably is.
